Tony opened the Gator Pit restaurant in 2021 with the clear goal of fetching the taste of Louisiana to Chester. Having worked as a chef in Chester for years, Tony decided to open a business selling his favourite kind of food. He specialises in authentic dishes from the Deep South, and on the menu, you will find jambalaya, ribs, gumbo and mac ’n’ cheese, to name but a few.
